Still not used the x10 as I’m waiting on my two free bottles of cleaner that should’ve come with my order. I have emailed to no avail, hopefully someone will see this and get in touch with me. As soon as I can use the x10 with the cleaner I will let you know.

It works really well , very easy settings and very accurate planning..
We have a big Akita which sheds a lot with a mix of rugs and hardwood floors. It's been the bane of my life constantly hoovering twice a day and if you forget your socks get coated in a new fluff layer. Having this X10 is a life saver!!! I set it off when I take the pup out for a walk and when guests come I get it to deep clean all the floors and mop them twice over (has about 60% battery left after that). As we have thin rugs the smart mode doesn't quite pick up the difference and so it has a tendency to mop them, however, this is corrected by selecting the modes and areas yourself if you want. The self empty thing is great which means I never have to touch the robot. The only thing it seems to struggle with is if a radiator is close to the floor and the corner of a room, it doesn't quite hug the wall so I guess it gets confused with the ai. Again, cleaning up 90% of my problems is still 90% time saved and it's proved its worth to me since day 1.
The robot is an effective cleaner, it works well.
The company however has been poor to deal with. I used a referral link, which the website is designed to not register- so when it came to collecting a referral reward- customer services were unwilling to help. It is clearly designed as falsely advertising rewards that the company has no intention of providing.
Disappointed overall as a customer experience and I’m not particularly impressed.
